My Project Goal
The goal of this project was to strengthen the company’s online presence by creating a consistent, professional, and engaging social media brand. The focus was on generating content that showcased the company’s work, built trust with the audience, and improved overall engagement across platforms, particularly LinkedIn, through a strategic mix of promotional, educational, and brand-building posts.
Process
To achieve these objectives, I implemented a structured, data-driven approach which included 5 steps.
Content Planning
Created a monthly social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and align content with campaigns, product launches, and key company updates.
Content Creation
Designed visually appealing graphics and posts using Canva and Adobe tools, incorporating company branding for a cohesive look.
Content Mix
Produced a variety of content types including job highlights, project showcases, customer testimonials, educational tips, and company news to engage different audience segments.
Copywriting
Wrote clear, concise post captions optimized for LinkedIn engagement while responding to comments and interactions to maintain audience connection.
Performance Tracking
Monitored post impressions, engagement rates, and click-throughs to refine content strategy for better reach and interaction.
